OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE PARK ON MAIN CHRISTMAS PHOTO CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Void where prohibited by law.
By participating in The Park on Main Photo Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to these official rules (the “Rules”). You must follow the directions provided by R.L.R. Investments, L.L.C., d/b/a the Park on Main (the “Sponsor”) official Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/theparkonmain (the “Website”) and official Instagram page – instagram.com/theparkonmain otherwise be bound by and follow these Rules, and any applicable Facebook and Instagram terms and conditions, to be eligible to receive a prize in connection with any Contest.
HOW TO ENTER
The Contest will begin on December 1, 2023 at 12:00AM EDST and end on December 21, 2023 at 11:59PM EDST (“Contest Period”). Prize will be awarded at the end of the Contest. Winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram. Standard messaging and data rates apply. Please check your carrier for details.
You must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account to participate. If you do not have an account, visit http://facebook.com or http://instagram.com in advance and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free account.
Instructions for Entry
Share a picture of your dog(s) in their Christmas sweater to Facebook or Instagram
Include #POMSweaterSquad in your post
Tag The Park on Main
Include a comment as to why your dog(s) deserves to win
Get your friends to like the post. The number of likes that your dog(s) get make up 50% of the judging.
Entries must:
Be your own original work.
Not be previously published or submitted in connection with any other promotion.
Be in keeping with The Park on Main image.
Not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Not defame or invade the publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any personal, contractual, or property right of any person or entity, including without limitation Sponsor.
Not contain images of any other person(s) or intellectual property of any other party.
Any Entry that is not in compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries, or entries that were not received because of some technical or mechanical malfunction.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of The Park on Main (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Contest shall be directed to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
There is not a limit to the number of submissions per person, however the same person cannot receive multiple prizes.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
All eligible Entries will be reviewed and judged equally by a panel of judges chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on the factors of creativity, originality, and consistency with the brand image. All three factors will be considered equally. The amount of likes for each photo will make up 50% of the judging. In the unlikely event of a tie, the winner will be the entry with the highest “consistency with The Park on Main image.”
PRIZES
Winner will receive a free one (1) night stay in a King Suite, not to be redeemed or transferred. Estimated prize value is $450.00 USD. The free one (1) night stay must be redeemed before December 1, 2024 and cannot be used on a Friday or Saturday night during July, August, September, October or November. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its directors, employees, or agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that your entry may be used by the Sponsor in marketing materials, including but not limited to, posts on Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Pinterest. Each entry or participant constitutes a complete release of Facebook and Instagram.
ENTRIES POSTED TO THE WEBSITE WERE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not, monitor/screen Entries prior to posting them to the Website. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry you submit.
